Please be reminded that these installers are only meant for WDMyCloud single drive variant (firmware V4 and above), not Mirror/EX2/EX4 as I do not have those other devices to support them.     1. Your proxy is changing the request. Avoid using proxy, use the alternate port 8245 instead.

  3. Hi I’m having a few issues with my my cloud would you have a guide to full remove minidlna , qbittorrent,transmission,pyload
    .lol might have over done it a bit .

    1. You can use dpkg -P --force-all package but there’s still other dependencies lurking. Some not safe to remove. Best to reflash the firmware again to start fresh. Usually a problem if you filled the rootfs by downloading large files to it.

    I know this may be a long shot but i need Transmission 2.03 for mycloud, is there anyway i can get it from you?

    1. It’s an old version some 6 years ago I think. Any reason why you need it whereas the v2.84 and above works on the MyCloud. Not sure if it’s worth for me to work on it due to the older dependencies.

  7. hello when i try to gen credentianls i get an error seo.teanazar page saying an adblock is installed where no adblocker or antivirus is present in the system! or my browser tried on all browser but same happends..!! Can you help please?

  8. Will your releases work on a My Cloud 5TB (Model: RWDBCTL0050HWT-EESN)? I’ve been looking at the 4TB version but they’re out of stock at the moment but the 5TB ones are available and I wondered if your releases will work, Ideally I’m looking at an NZB grabber and in time sonarr ( i know it’s not available at the moment)

    1. These releases are only meant for MyCloud single bay firmware v4, the 1st generation. Will definitely not work on the 2nd generation due to changes done by WD. I’m not sure the model# you mentioned belongs to which generation, most probably 2nd if it’s a new batch since I don’t recalled seeing a 5TB 1st gen model previously. Perhaps you could check with the WD forum. Do note there’s also 4TB version of the 2nd generation.

        1. I noticed you have already successfully installed CloudDAVMod after posting this. The credentials and keys are unique to each app and install request. Read the F.A.Q. if you have further issues.

  10. Hello. Help me please with wd my cloud 3 tb.
    1)The problem is that when connecting through putty, after entering username and password,putty closes automatically and doesn’t display any errors. What is the problem and how to solve the problem?
    2)Hello,how to install transmission for WD MY cloud 3 tb with firmware ь 04.04.03-113 after solving the problem from 1.

    1. 1) Think you have made changes to your MyCloud that caused this to happen, the sshd.conf maybe? A factory reset won’t fix this. So I suggest that you download the firmware then reflash it manually from the Dashboard. If you haven’t done any mod prior, try upgrading or using other putty versions.

      2) Click on the transmission app link on top of this post and follow its easy step by step instructions 🙂

Thanks for the reply.All that was installed this firmware v04.04.02-105 + transmisson with your installation, then got the official upgrade to 04.04.03-113 and was having problems with the putty when it is automatically closed after entering the login and password. maybe even have options?I apologize for writing text, use a translator.Thank you

        1. Ok this happens right after the firmware upgrade means no mods were done. Try another version of putty. You could also use smartphones like Android app ConnectBot or IPhone Serverauditor to SSH into the MyCloud. If you still have issues, I recommend you download the firmware manually from WD then reflash again from the Dashboard. Other than these I’m not sure what else could be done 🙁
